Vidyut Jammwal took to Instagram this morning to share a video of him practising yoga and Kalaripayattu, while covered in snow, during a trip to Kashmir earlier this year. While it may send shivers down the spine of most of us, the actor, producer and martial artist reveals he has mastered yogic techniques that make him fluid to the effects of heat and cold. The fact that he is undeterred by the freezing cold reveals his unbreakable determination to realise personal objectives. Ranked in the top three martial artists in the world, the actor is celebrated for his work in Kalaripayattu.
